RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancel or Change Order:
To request a cancellation or change to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try to cancel or change the order before it ships; however, orders typically ship out the same or next day and once an order ships we cannot modify it.
We commit to delivering your order to the address specified on your order in new condition. Packages are typically delivered to your front door/porch and the shipper’s tracking info provides evidence of delivery. Packages stolen after delivery are not our responsibility. Signature is not required at delivery. If your front door is not a secure location to leave a package then consider an alternate shipping address. We pack items carefully to avoid damage in shipping, but if a package or item shows up damaged, you must email us at email@example.com with your name, order #, explanation, and pics of the damage within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping times vary depending on where your order is shipped from and are beyond our control. We will provide tracking info for your package(s) at time of shipment. If you ordered multiple items, they are commonly shipped in separate packages, will have separate tracking info, and may arrive at different times. If shipped from our US warehouses, delivery typically takes 2-7 days. If shipped from our overseas warehouse, delivery typically takes 2-5 weeks, depending on time of year and your location. Overseas shipments must travel by truck in their country of origin, by air, clear US customs, and then travel by truck to your location, often with multiple carriers. We will not provide a refund based on delivery time, but can assist if you believe your packages are lost or stalled. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, products can be returned within the first 30 days. Simply email email@example.com to request a return authorization, including your name, order # and explanation. Item(s) must be returned in new condition with all parts including original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping and handling costs. A refund will be granted to the original payment method once items are returned in new condition. If a product is returned in less than new condition, a refund will not be granted and the item will either be returned at buyers expense within 7 days or disposed of.

When you are making a purchase from Intice, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
- I understand that I am to inspect the package upon delivery and notify Intice of any damage via email within 7 days of the product being delivered.
- I understand that for returns I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from my refund.
- I understand that for exchanges I am responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping the new product.
- I understand that returned products need to be in new condition unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and are outside of the control of Intice
- I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated delivery time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Intice.
Most of our products carry a 6 month limited warranty from purchase date for manufacturer defects only. The warranty is non-transferrable; it applies to the original purchaser only. Batteries are a replaceable item and are excluded from warranty. User caused damage and wear and tear resulting from use is not covered by warranty; however, we sell replacement parts so send us an email to see if we have what you need to repair your item. Products are designed to be as durable as possible, but many have sensitive internal electronics and may not survive rough handling or dropping. Please treat them with care and store them properly when not in use.
To file a warranty claim, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the issue. We’ll get back to you with next steps. If it is a manufacturer defect affecting the function of the device, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
For product issues outside of the warranty period, feel free to send us an email. We may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or assist with a repair or replacement.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
There are no express warranties other than the LIMITED WARRANTY provided on this page. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL INTICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than from our website or an authorized retailer.
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as clear and fair as possible, and we believe they are the best in the industry. We are on your team. We will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
